Need help cooling my 10 gallon aqurium

I setup this 10 gallon saltwater aquarium everything was fine until we checked the temperature it was 86°F so I decided to cool it and it when to 76°F , but is rising and is at currently 80°F . Please help me I really want to start putting fish.

80 degrees should be fine, my bio cube gets up to about 79-80 degrees and i have anemones and corals plus fish, you will be fine. If you want, you can run a small computer fan on the top of your tank if you want it cooler.

In a small volume it will be difficult to maintain a stable temp.
What lighting is over it?
Get a desktop fan to blow across the top of the tank to help keep it from rising.
Use a quality heater and set to 78
If it is an enclosed top with lighting may want to look into something different like led

What pumps do you have running in it, may be putting too much heat out? Do you have a heater that may be working incorrectly? How warm is your home?

The problem is the hood.
Need to get air cross flow to help cool it

I keep my AC running 24hrs

If you have a fully enclosed system as stated above, you need air circulation. May have to move hood up and place fans on top.
