Hello everyone!

I’m brand new to aquariums but like many of you have been interested and wanted to get one for a very long time. I’ve finally decided to pull the plug and go forward with getting one plus i got the wife’s approval. I have a small corner, about 26 inches, where I can fit a tank so I figured a cube shape would be ideal so i can still get a decent amount of gallons (attached photo of corner so you get an idea). I’m not looking to spend a fortune (ideally less than $1k) but don’t want to cheap out either. I’d rather get decent quality stuff the first time so I don’t have to keep buying things.

There are 3 tanks I’m looking at and could really use your advice if you’ve had experience with any of them. Also any suggestions on accessories to go with tank (sump, lighting, protein skimmers, etc). Just to show how new I am to aquariums all those terms I just used in parenthesis I learned within the last 48 hours.

1. Biocube 32g
2. Deep Blue Professional 35g
3. Innovative Marine Fusion Mini 40

Thanks guys

I'd go with the 40. The bigger the tank is, the easier it is to keep parameters stable. As for lights, AI Hydra are excellent lights. Bit pricey though. If you don't want to spend quite that much, look into SB Reef lights.
