Hello all !
Im looking for a new lighting fixture for my 20gallon long. Its dimensions are : 30L x 12H x 12W
Suggest any LEDs or t5 Fixtures.
Thanks in advance !
My budget is around 200-300$ Will be keeping mostly LPS .

Hey you should check out my build, i have exactly that: a 20g long LPS tank. I have a kessil a360we with the controller and it works great!

First off ..... Welcome! Going led will probably require 2 units for coverage of a 30l tank. A 24 inch 4 bulb t5 fixture with good quality bulbs (ATI) would allow you to keep anything you wanted anywhere in the tank. If you wanted the controllability of leds kessil is coming out with a new nano version of their popular light (A80 Tuna Blue Nano LED Light ) staying in your budget , 2 of those would probably be fine to keep softies , lps and depending on placement of corals some easier to keep sps. They can be connected to their controller for the dusk dawn effect and would give superior control over a t5 fixture. Radion and AI are other very popular brands as with kessils bigger brothers the A160 and A360 but the price exceeds your budget. There are other "off" brand leds that may do the trick , but you get what you pay for in the end.

T5s are great... I've had good results out of the full spectrum 165w Chinese black box I've had two over a year with no issues they were like 175 shipped
