Hello, I am getting back into the hobby after being gone for a while. I am starting a new tank with an unusual size 47x11x11 and I need help deciding on a light. I will be having a few smaller fish with mostly LPS and some SPS. Thanks for any ideas.

I would go with some kind of strip led or t5s, since your tank is so shallow and narrow you don't need a lot of coverage and kessil or radions or other LEDs like that will give you hotspots. You could probably even get away with a 2 bulb t5 fixture.

Thanks for the help! I am leaning more toward LED, any recommendations on a strip light? Any one have any luck with Aquaray 600 Ultima?
