I’m planning on a mostly SBS coral tank with fish I’m trying decide on which tank to get any feedback or personal experiences that you have would be helpful thank you The two tanks I’m trying to decide between are 60x24x24 or 60x30x20 it’s either 4 inches higher or 6 inches deeper too much money to go 24 high and 30 deep i’m leaning towards a deeper tank I think it would look much better and I could work with losing 4 inches off the top with lower rock work?

A wider tank will give you more of a depth perspective when looking at it, making it look like it goes on forever. On the flip side a taller tank means taller aquascape. It ends up becoming a personal preference.

60" x 30" x 20" has my vote too, heck 60" x 36" x 20" if you're feeling wild. My new tanks 60" x 30" x 17" Peninsula and I love it!

Did you ever pull the trigger on the 60x30x20 tank? I was thinking about getting one this sized built. You have a pic of it if you did get it?
