Need help diagnosing these nodules

Hoping someone could help identify the circles modules on the fin and below the mouth on the right side. Not sure if it’s ich, ive had her in copper for 21 days copper power 2-2.4 ppm at all times.

Need clearer pics and side pics under same or brighter white light to see. While the one below mouth look likes a cyst, can also be post injury and fin looks like a fin ray issue opposed to lympho

That's too large to be ich. I'd say it is Lymphocystis (which will heal on its own) or some minor damage which also should heal as long as it doesn't get infected.

Is the fish showing any other symptoms?
 
Thanks Jay, she’s been well, eating great, I’m thinking it may have been the male I’m quarantining her with or she got injured attacking the bottom glass due to her reflection. I’m going to spray paint the underside of the tank after this quarantine.
