Need help diagnosing

Hi everyone and thank you in advance for the help.
My Threadfin Butterfly has been acting strange in the tank and now it seems there’s some blemishes on the side of the body. Is this due to Ick or another type of illness or parasite? Only been in the hobby for about 3 months so I’m having trouble diagnosing.

These guys are susceptible to viral issues but will need clearer pics under White lighting. This pic provided is Extremely dark in blue light

Only been in the hobby for about 3 months

Do you quarantine fish? So the tank is 3 months old or less? Did you get this fish from your local marine fish store?

Even better than photos is a video. A video longer than one minute under white light up close to the fish, showing both sides of the fish would be helpful. You can upload the video to YouTube then post the link to it here.

+1 on needing to see a video under white light. We also need background information: any treatments used so far, other animals in the tank with it, water quality data, etc.
