Welcome to Reef2Reef!

It is difficult to evaluate fish under blue lights, can you try for some pictures and video under white light?

I can see some sort of lesion on the fish’s right side, and that could be bacterial or more rarely fungal.

There really isn’t going to be a treatment you could use in your main tank, is your quarantine tank available?

I tried a video and a picture on a white light and it was impossible to see anything That's why I didn't blue light so that white spot stands out Yes my quarantine is available I have two 10 gallon tanks currently right now other fish in quarantine right now I definitely can take him out and put in the quarantine tank but what would be the treatment

Well, my general suggestion would be; if the lesion seems stable (hasn't gotten larger in 24 hours) and the fish is still eating, I would wait and just watch it. If the lesion has grown, and/or the fish's behavior has changed, then I would suggest moving the fish to a quarantine tank and dosing it with a broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic such as Neoplex, Maracyn 2 or Furan 2. That is going to be difficult to do in Canada though.

Sorry - the fish is moving too fast to see anything, but that also means it isn’t very ill. In fact, it took a bite of algae while it was trying to evade your camera!
In my opinion, the stress of catching this fish up and moving it and treating with antibiotics is greater than the risk of just leaving it be for now. If it goes off feed, or if the lesion gets larger, then you might decide to treat. Meanwhile, you should try to locate some antibiotics now, to have on hand, rather than to struggle to find them at the last minute.

I've heard that some people have bought them off Ebay and had them shipped in, of course that is illegal - sigh.
