Hi guys i bought a maxima clam a couple days ago and its really eating out my calcium and kh. My tank is 625 liters or 175 gallons.
I was at 350ppm of calcium and 10.1 dkh.
I was previously at 12dkh and 500 calcium.I was dosing 2 ml of redsea foundation calcium a day and I put it up to 6ml a day. I also increased my calcium reactor and put it to 3 bubbles a second and 60ml a minute for the outage of the calcium reactor. My reactor is the Calcium automat is the 3171 from tunze.
I have a large euphillia in the tank, a duncan coral, a catalaphilia, an acamthastrea, a small zoanthid colony, a green bubble tip anenome, a small stylophora, a really small ricordea and a montipora.
Do you guys think it’s going to be alright or should I increase my dosing?

Just keep testing every day at the same time of day until whatever you're dosing is keeping the levels the same, and keep track of the numbers and the amounts.

Alternatively, test on 1 day, then test 2 days later, then you can figure out the consumption/day and how much of whatever supplement that you'll need to keep things stable. There are dosing calculators available to assist where you can input your volume and consumption and what supplement you're using. I think there is one on the BRS website, otherwise google "Reef Calculator".
