Hello,
The title pretty much sums it up. I have a Trident that has been working ok for a while. I ran out of reagent A and changed it. Subsequently Tests B and C failed. I have replaced all reagents, cleaned the lines for sample and waste and restarted the Unit. The test B seems to be ok now but I still get Test C Fail message. I have been extra
Carful not to kink the reagent line. Any thoughts?

Have you tried a Calibration??
I did. will try again tonight as well. I also have found the troubleshooting guide on Neptune site. Will go through the steps again and will report back. Thank you.

So, reset Trident again and now it works. Thank you, DarthSimon, for helping.

What did you do to reset the trident? Did you reset the reagents or the actual trident?

Having the same problem with a Test C fail and no Calc or Mag tests for last 2 days. Did you do a Factory Reset or Restart

Easier to take the unit apart first. Lots of YouTube videos showing how this is done. Clean the cuvette and flush the draw and waste lines. Check all tubes in the unit that they didn’t come loose
