Need help figuring out what this is

Hi so I’ve been having this green stuff form on my rocks and on the back , what’s the best way to get rid of it ? , this is a Red Sea Max Nano 20 gallon came with the stock light(ReefLed50) been setup for 4 months now currently running the Skimmer filter sock and carbon basically AIO tank

It appears to just be green algae. Best natural way to manage it is a clean up crew of snails mainly.
 
Thank you all !! I agree I wanted to manage naturally as possible and not add any chemicals , I have a just a few snails that my local fish store told me to add when I first set it up but I think I need to add more , any specific snails I should be looking for and how many ?
