Need Help Finding A Part Please

I have an Aqua Excel protein skimmer, and some time ago the blue, serrated gate that limits water flow into the skimmer chamber fell off and disappeared into the abyss. No idea where it went. Now I am in a situation where the skimmer is no longer strong enough to produce skim mate (it's been at the same level for about a month) and I am being told that I need to close this gate a bit to get rolling again. Does anyone know where I can get parts for these skimmers? I have emails out to every vendor online I can find but have not had any responses yet.

Unfortunately Aqua Excel seems to be a Chinese company and their contact us page doesn't work
