HI..Can someone help to solve my problem...Thanks first :
1. I have 2 x 150 watt hql ,ballast and 2 x 24 watt pc( use 220 v/overseas standart)
What should i do to change / buy to adjust from 220 v to 110 v(usa standart)
2.Can i use 150 watt bulb and ballast on 250 watt pendant

Q1 Not sure Ask your local Home improvement store Like Lowes or Home Depot

Q 2 Sure u can If the bulb fits the socket u can even run 175w bulb on 250w ballast Its called Overdrive and some bulbs are made to be Overdriven like Radiums. Thats what i run on my 30g cube.

If the ballast Is a multi tap you could change the wiring inside of it, and make it 110v..
As for putting 150 in a 250 that's a big no no!!!! And don't put a 250 in a 150 it will fry the bulbs and ballast... Could even catch fire...

I think everyone missed the 2nd question.

Yes you can use a 150w lamp AND 150 Ballast on a 250w Fixture.
All fixtures are alike. If you were not using your ballast and it had a 250w Ballast, then the answer would be NO!

150 and 250 watt de bulbs and fixtures have different ends. the 250's slide in and are very tight. the 150's use a spring loaded connection. Not the same at all. U cannot interchange them. the reflectors may be similar but get what you need. if you need a 250 watt refelctor and bulb get that. if you need 150 watt. then get that. Why do you think they sell them differently.

Now for Single ended bulbs the 175/250/and 400 w pendants are usually interchangable.

good luck.
