Need help getting anemone out of acclimation bucket

how can i get my rock flower out of the acclimation bucket? I dont want to rip it out or anything like that and damage its foot.

Easiest way IME is to slip a credit card under its foot gently and it’ll come right up.

looks like i didnt need to, when i came to the bucket it had detached it self haha
