Need Help!! Glowing red algae!! Please I.d

please can someone tell me what type of algae this is and if it's harmful. I have had this outbreak on my magnetic frag rock and I have taken it out twice already and scrubbed it all off!! Now it's spreading all over my tank! Let me know if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it!!

Red Turf maybe? if so, Urchins will keep it under control. never truly goes away

Halloween Urchins are the ones i recommend. they are pretty hardy. Pin Cushion are more easily available but typically don't ship well. so if you see one at a store let it be a week or so there, if still around after a week, then pick it up.

also Urchins love to pick up frags, shells etc and decorate themselves. Kinda does get annoying after a while.
