Need help...Hanna Magnetic Stirrer Program

I bought 2 stirrer's for the ALK liquid in the DDR. I looked at the program instructions and it is "over my head" at the moment. I looked at rkpetersen's program and it might as well be written in Chinese.

Stirs them for 1 minute twice a day, at 7:50 AM & PM.

Looks simple but not to me. What I would like to have is for each of the mixers turn on (both have their own outlets) once every 3 hours for 5 minutes. Starting at 10:00 AM and ending at 9:55 AM the next day. 7 days a week. Once I understand this I will fine tune the program as needed but I need a start. Got the Fallback which will be OFF.

OSC 060:00/005:00/115:00 Then ON

Here's how it works. The three timers have specific meaning:

060:00 -- Begin the cycle 60 minutes after midnight (so, at 1:00am). During this time the output is Off.
005:00 -- Turn the output On for 5 minutes.
115:00 -- Turn the output Off for 115 minutes.
Then repeat the cycle. If you add up all 3 numbers, it equals 180 minutes, or 3 hours. So it will run 5 minutes every 3 hours. Because it starts at 1:00am, here are the times it will run:

1:00am
4:00am
7:00am
10:00am -- which is what you specified, and the reason I chose the 60 minute offset from midnight.
1:00pm
4:00pm
7:00pm
10:00pm
