Yes it moves. Tried to remove with tweezers but it crawled into a hole.

I agree, medusa worm, but I've never seen one with that purdy blue color.

A good way to check if it is a medusa worm is to shine a light in the aquarium at night- they tend to come out then and you can gage how many you have

omg I have the same thing! Mine are black and white striped. SIPUNCULIDA worm. It has feathers on its tip. I was excited before because I had seen a bunch of them growing and I thought they were gonna be feather dusters. Totally reef safe
