Need help ID this fish (wrasse?)

Can anybody give me an idea of what type of fish this is? I picked him up as part of a package deal from someone dismantling a tank. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't believe it's a wrasse.

Thanks, I do believe your right. The guy told me it was a wrasse but I didn’t think it looked like a wrasse either.
