Need help identifing something on Elbli Angel fin

I've had this tank running for about 5 months now. My Elbli Angel has been in there for about 3 weeks now and there is something growing on his fin by the top of it's head.

Can anyone help me identify what it might be and a treatment. It has gotten bigger since I took this picture last week.

Ya a little bit. I can try to get a better picture of it when I get home tonight. Its maybe double that size now

Sorry misread your post. I'd say more cauliflower like.

A Clear close up would be helpful. From what I can see it is just lympho. Pristine water, and a vitamin enriched diet with things like selcon or vita chem added to quality frozen foods will help this to "go away".
