Need help identifing things i found in my tank

I found these two in my tank yesterday. The first looks like a slug. The second one is some type of bristle worm, but i am not sure what to do with them? Are the beneficial or do i get rid of them? Thanks in advance.

First one looks like a stomatella. Good algae cleaner.
