Need help identifying a pest in reef tank

I was wandering if someone could help me identify what this may be? If it needs to be radiated what will help? Thanks in advance .

Flatworm for sure. Not sure if it is the bad type.
Thanks. Probably try to suck them out then. Do you know if there is anything that will pick them off they are all over the glass
 
Many wrasses will happily take care of them for you. In my case, after trying manual removal and FWE x 2 with dose 2 at 2x, I got a pair of Blue Star Leopard Wrasses. Stunning to look at but can be difficult to get to eat. Luckily for me, the second they hit the DT they went right to work on the FW's. It's been a few years now and I have yet to see a single FW anywhere.
