I don’t know what type hermit this is nor do I know how to feed. I’m new to Saltwater / reefing and this cool crab was free. I’m worried because it’s now completely out of its shell and have no idea what it eats. Any and all help I’d greatly appreciated E1AC8288-C0EF-4326-8D23-D7F2DF77DBEF.jpeg

I'm not sure about the specific species of hermit, but I am 99% sure it's carnivorous/not reef safe. If it's out of its shell, it probably needs a bigger shell-- which you will need to give it.

I would not suggest keeping this in your display tank. Banish him to the sump if you want to keep him.

He can be fed just about any meaty food.

Definatively not reef safe I would recommend putting him in thr new sump and giving him a bigger shell too
