Need Help Identifying and Solving

So my tank has been running for just over a year. I started with live rock and now there is this fuzzy algae growing all over the surface. Curious what it is and how to combat it.

What to you have for CUC and snails in the tank?

A lot of that is normal, but the cuc should have mowed it down much nicer for you.
