Need help identifying and treating this algae

Can anyone help out and let me know what type of algae this is and how to treat it? My nitrates are super low, at 4ish and everything else seems to be inline. I keep brushing this algae and it won’t go away.
As you can see from the pictures it’s even on my snails….

More information about your system would be helpful. How old is this system, is it a new tank? What size is your system? What is your lighting? What are the other paranmeters? How are the corals doing? How many fish are there? How often are you feeding the fish? What maintence do you do weekly? biweekly? Monthly? Have there been any disruptions in the last few months, alga issues can crop up weeks after a stress event and take several months to resolve themselves.
