just got home and dropped some peppermint shrimp to deal with some aptasia, when all of a sudden I noticed this large bump inside one of the Shrimp. I wasn’t sure what it was and if it’s infectious. What do you guys think. I’d hate to spread anything g to the reef.

Could be osmotic shock, hemorrhage.

Inverts like shrimp and star fish need a long drip acclimation period, usually an hour or more.
