Need help identifying coral

I think it's a Dragon Soul Goniastrea but it's looking a bit rough.

What can I do to fix it?

I'd try to gently blow off the algae from the exposed skeleton and make sure it's not being bothered or picked at by anything. What are your parameters? Lighting?

What’s wrong with it? Looks like it’s healed from fragging. Just put it somewhere with medium to low light and feed it once in a while.
