Need help identifying disease...

I recently got a blue spine unicorn fish from live aquaria and he’s been in my qt for ab a day now and he has gray splotches and white dots.

Wondering what is wrong w him hopefully someone is able to help thanks in advance for the help. Also what would be best treatment for him.

He is eating and swimming around a lot, but very skiddish.

Have you communicated with LA? Tangs from the naso genus can be quite finicky upon arrival. That fish appears to be stressed and may have some sort of bacterial issue going on. I can’t see much more than that in the included photo.
