Need help identifying - looks like a hydra

Hi! This showed up in my tank out of nowhere, and I’m in big panic mode because my freshwater experience tells me it’s a giant hydra, except all my Google searching is saying that hydras are only freshwater, not saltwater; does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of them effectively?

That's probably a Spaghetti Worm (Terebellid) - if so, it's harmless/beneficial (despite how it looks).
