Hi guys, I'm new to the forum and new to saltwater tanks. I've had my tank running for about 3 months and about two weeks ago I noticed some green things growing in two of the rocks. I have no idea what it is. What do you guys think? I attached one picture hopefully it can be seen.

Picture is a little blurry.... looks like Neomeris Annulata... google it and see if it looks the same

Yes it looks just like that. I was reading that some people like them that they don't live for very long but some were saying that it consumes calcium so it might lower calcium levels. Should I try to remove it or just let it be?

I picked all I could see off.... havent seen them in almost a year.... they came off easy enough.... In a small system maybe they can use up calc... or if huge colony... cant say I noticed any such happening

Yea I think I'll take them out. Thanks to everyone for the information...
