Need help identifying this algae or bacteria

I've had this bacteria or algae growth all over my tank now for a little over a week. It first started on the back glass about a month ago but has now spread throughout the other glass panels and aquascape. I've tried manual removal but it came back in a week. I just used chemi-clean to knock it out and it did nothing. I'm at a loss of what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it white and hard? Any chance it's your calcium precipitating out? What's your alk/calc? Are you dosing?

Looks like bacteria, maybe. What are you dosing your aquarium with?

It's actually soft and slimy with this brown tint. I'm not dosing but my alk is 9.5 and calc is 410.

I'm not dosing, just doing weekly water changes.
