Need help Identifying this algae...

First - I am wondering if this is cyno. I am pretty sure BUT I am somewhat colorblind (the colors I see are not the colors you see) so I want ot make sure.

I tested 2 days ago and today (I don't every day). Both days we almost identical
Nit: 18.4
Pho 1.2
Alk 9.1

I usually don't chase numbers, I generally are around 15 & .08 for Nit and Pho so these numbers are a little elevated.

I am planning a 20% water-change this weekend (10% is my norm every 3 weeks).

Just need all of your expertise to ensure this is a different problem that I may have missed

It seems really dark to be cyano- does it come off easily? If it comes off simply with a turkey baster blowing water onto it, cyano could be a good guess. How new is your tank?

Tank is 9 months old.

It does not come off easily.

Black spots growing on my rock

Hi, recently I noticed some black stuff started growing on my rock. The thanks is around 6 months old. Should I worry? It’s pretty hard to the touch but feels more “slippery” than coralline.
