Need help identifying this coral

Beginner reefer here, I bought this aquarium from someone who's had it for 12 years, I was making my little rock placements and noticed this coral. (In the image) I have no clue what it is but it's growing super fast. I assume its just a regular old coral so ive been feeding it and taking care of it. Is it a pest or a normal coral? Any help?

My best guess is hammer coral. I’ve seen them bud from the stems before

Looks like either a frammer or frogspawn.
