Yes. Have seen what looks to be mucus webs. Tank was just recently started about 3 weeks ago. Got live rock to start the tank and then added 2 fish just yesterday. Nothing else has been in there to be fed until last night.My thought would be vermitted snails also or at least their empty tube/shells.
Do you see mucus webs coming out off them ? Especially if feed the tank?
There was one bumblebee that appeared in the tank as well after getting the rock. Guess I need more. I put 5 Astraea snails and 2 emerald crabs in yesterday as well.Vermetid worms and great that theyre out in the open as you can easily break them off at their base with a needlenose pliers or silmilar.
Other option is to place a dab of gel superglue from the dollar store ove their tube openings
Bumble snail will address them
