This is a really bad pic, what we found this thing in our skimmer and want to know if its bad or good, and if its bad, if we have one will we have more? how do we get rid of them if so?

If I'm correct it looks to be small, less than 1". I wouldn't worry too much most reef aquariums have those under rocks and refugiums. They are great scavengers, eating left overs, and decaying things. Ive never lost any coral in my tank and I've never seen this species greater than 1".
 
To hard to tell from the pic if thats a Brislte Worm, which is ok, and a Fire Worm, which needs to go.
 
It's a very vivid red. I would guess fireworm.

If you want to be sure, try getting a photo in a little better lighting, but if it looks like the photo I wouldn't keep it.
