I have these white things growing all over my rocks. They are about 1/4” long and the size of a pencil lead.

It looks like a sponge to me.
You can check whether it moves when touched. If it doesn't move at all, then it is probably a sponge.
If so, it is a harmless filter feeder.

It does not move. I’m getting a lot of it so I wanted to make sure it wasn’t harmful. Found another critter while cleaning. Do you happen to know what this is? This moves almost snail like. They are maybe an 1/8” long.

The sponge is not harmful.

The second one is a flatworm, but I can't tell which type from the pictures.
They can be destructive, so I recommend discarding the one you caught and keep an eye out for others in your tank. However, there is no need for a drastic measure.

Thank you, I have several in my tank. Seem to be isolated to one rock however that rock is at the bottom of my aquascape so not easily removed for treatment. Any of these pics help with identifying the species?

Looks like the typical brown flatworm. I don't see anything to suggest red planaria. Local control and good husbandry is probably sufficient. What are you using to take those shots?
