Need Help Identifying What the Bubbles Are.

I was just curious if anyone knew what kind of algae this is it looks like dinos but my nitrates are at a 7ppm and phosphates are a 0.15-0.2ppm thank you so much in advance.

I have a couple of astrea snails, hermits, tiger conch, and a couple ness snails

Astreas are good for rock cleaning. Ring cowries too.

From the picture I am thinking the bubbles are from the dino's.
