Need help identifying what this is please.

It's a vermetid snail. A lot of people get rid of them, as their mucous net can irritate nearby corals and it's constantly dragged over them. They have a tendency to reproduce quickly, when they get going. I would crack of the tube and seal the hole with glue or epoxy... if you wanted to get rid of it, that is.
