Need help identifying

I bought this piece of live rock and have noticed it has something growing from the side of it. Any ideas???

Yup, that would be called Aiptasia. A pesky Anemone. I'd get rid of it quickly before it spreads.

The first may be Aiptasia Which is bad the second a type of anemone I think.
 
First pic is a BIG Problem, in it's an Aiptasia Anemone and should be carefully removed from tank rock and all then dealt with by smothering in Kalk paste or injected with Lemon juice to fully destroy or melt it. Rinse and place back into system.
The second one looks to be a single Zoanthid of unknown ID/name and probably just fine.
