Need help identifying

Hey guys I need help identifying exactly what is on the floor of my chambers in my nuvo 40 gallon cube. The chambers that have the stuff in there are in the return pump chamber, my reactor chamber, and my protein skimmer chamber. Essentially the right side of the back of the tank. I’m running bio pellets in my reactor and I’m running a dry skim on my tunze 9004 skimmer. I think this might be fish waste and food because I’m not 100% exactly at what water level I should be putting the skimmer at and when I look at the side where it meets the overflow, water deflects off of it and goes to the next chamber. I will put some pics up of the material to help better identify it. Also I believe that it got sucked up into my reactor. Anything will help, thanks a lot!

Looks like detritus. I would just try and siphon it out with some airline tubing.
