Cyanobacteria. Suck it off with a turkey baster. If your tank is new, it’s normal to have it as your tank ages. Suck it out but it will pass eventually provided your water parameters are in check.
 
Thank you! I upgraded from a 45 to a 90 and added new rocks and sand. Thanks for the response. I pulled the powerhead out and going to run it through a vinegar bath Again thank you very much.

Np. Good luck! You will also likely encounter green hair algae and diatoms too. All normal. We call it the new tank uglies. ;) It’s Mother Nature’s way of teaching marine tank patience.
