Need help identifying

Does anyone know what this is and should I be concerned

If that is in fact a Hydroid just keep your eye on it. These things usually disappear just as fast as they show up. If you have a siphon handy or perhaps a brush it wouldn't hurt to try and remove it though. (in a separate glass of salt water)

Looks like a hydroid. i honestly would try to remove it. they tend to disapear.
