Below I have a picture that is in-between my Zoa. It this good or bad to have? I just one like that.

Looks like aiptasia. Try to scrape off with a razoer blade if you can.

Can I grab it with some tweezers?

Might be hard to grab. You can also try injecting a bit of kalk paste but this might irritate the zoas around it.

I'd smother the area with superglue.

Yeah aiptasia or that other nuisance anemone I'm forgetting the name of. Dab of superglue right in the center of it or Aiptasia-x
