Need help identifying

I just started noticing this transulcent anemone type thing growing on my live rock. It starting to multiply like crazy all over the my tank. Anyone know what this is and should I be concerned.

Thats under 14k actually. It's just that its translucent, so hard to see. I'll see if I can get a better shot later on today.
