Need help identifying

Can anyone help me identify this?? I currently have dart gobys and same turbo snails and crabs in my tank. It’s been active for a year now. Not sure what this green and white substance is, it appeared over night. Could it possibly be spawn eggs or is it harmful bacteria I need to rid of. Anything helps! Thank you
