Need help identifying

I found these little guys on one of my rocks last night. There are about 15 of them, about a quarter of an inch in diameter each. What kind of tube worms are these and do I need to remove them?

They are feather dusters and are harmless…in fact you can buy them!

Agreed - feather dusters. They're harmless, ornamental filter feeders, so if you aren't already, you could start dosing phyto and help them flourish.

Will do. Kinda excited about these guys. I always loved feather dusters but have never been able to keep one alive, now I have a whole colony developing!
