Need help IDing. Friend or foe...

Found these guys on a zoa frag, noticed then when I first got it but didn’t see any signs of life until today. Looks like the tubes have gotten a little longer and I saw very tiny thin antennae or tentacles coming out of the tubes. 2 antennae each tube.

Hard to tell from the picture but they could also be vermitid snails. Do they put out a mucus net? If so, it’s a foe. They’ll spread throughout your tank if you don’t remove them.
