Thanks all for the time being put a few power heads in got water moving.
Thoroughly blasted all white slime/die off of rock and coral that I can see.
Making new water and going to suction out tables and do water change immediately when able.
Put rock in tub when able.
Should have been more ready with water and everything else.
Learning curve for sure!

I bought live rock from KPA which is shipped the same way... ammonia was maxed out. I did 100% water changes in a plastic bin (with a powerhead) every day for first few days then I was able to do every few days. It took about 2 weeks to get no detectable ammonia. Remove anything dead/dying.

You should not put this rock into your cycled tank with fish/life. Put it in a seperate bin, it will not need light right now or even a heater, just flow. Room temp in the house should be fine. It will stink btw.

I did this with the gulf live rock years ago as well... same way... lots of water changes + prime in between. most of the corals looked rough...some looked dead but majority recovered.

Thanks and for the record I was warned. Played the dice either way and am discussed and extremely dissapointed 100% in self for not being ready on every level.
Totally dissapointed and wish I had 100 gallons ready to change out and bin ready to roll dedicated to liverock itself!
Cant wait to do a water change now!
