Need help! Looks like Dino’s?

Help! I am still new to reefing. I started in February. Is this Dino? If so, what kind? What should I do? My tank has a cyano outbreak, so I siphoned out the red slime and dosed Chemiclean today.

Here are my parameters
Alk - 8.5
Cal - 440
Mag - 1440
NO3 - .75
P04 - .03

I just dosed loudwolf sodium nitrate and trisodium phosphate too to bring up no3 and po4.

I increased my NO3 and PO4 and dosed Chemiclean. Dinos is pretty much gone. I think I caught it early.
