Hi there I’m in keighley West Yorkshire

I’m trying to find 6 strong blokes and a van to help move a tank out of the sellers property into my property from top end of my street to the bottom end of the street
the tank is 785 litres
6ft 8inch long
2Ft .8inch high
2ft depth (front to back)

Must way somewhere near 275kg-300kg this is a guess!

the tank is empty and ready to be moved and ready to be paid for I just need the man power and a van

I have tried local removal companies and they will only supply 3 people at the cost of £280

if any 6 people can help It would be greatly appreciated thanks

Sounds like this is going downhill

see if the movers if they are from a company, offer a insurance incase they drop the tank. otherwise, they will say 'oh well' we tried ? You will have a cracked tank. It's a possibility.

The other option is to get the suction cups to help reduce the chances of dropping the tank.

If you haven't got a furniture dolly from home depot to roll it from point a to b i would grab one. Made moving easy

They do offer insurance but this tank is very heavy weights more than your standard fridge freezer also I’m going to see if I can get some dolly’s in a few weeks hopefully depending on if I can find the man power

Try a glass/ glazier company, they have all tools for moving glass around, I fear that you asking for help from random people will only end up with disaster.
