Need help! My sweet angelfish sideways

[Help my fish please]

There’s not one person in any fish store that can help… Our beautiful angelfish has been sideways… At the top of the tank… We gave a dose of antibiotic for five days and not helping… Does anybody really know how we can save this fish?

We need to find actual cause. Please post a video under white lighting for best assessment
